Make Progress You Can See
Learning AI is easier when it is tied to something you actually want to accomplish. Start with a goal, work on the tasks that move it, and keep a simple scoreboard so you can see what is working.
-
Choose a Goal
Name an outcome that matters and decide what progress looks like.
-
Work on Real Tasks
Use the live sessions to move the work forward and build prompts, workflows, or other useful artifacts along the way.
-
Keep Score
Track the actions you control, review what happened, and adjust the next move.
Bring a Problem. Leave With Something Built.
The kinds of problems members bring
Examples, not case studies. Yours can be smaller.
- Turn a 40-page RFP into a first-draft response, with the gaps flagged.
- Clean up a messy customer spreadsheet and write down the rules that keep it clean.
- Draft a grant application from last year's report and a two-line brief.
- Summarize 30 customer interviews into themes you can defend in a meeting.
- Rewrite a policy in plain language and check it against the original.
- Get a stalled side project moving, from idea to a working first version.
What you leave with
-
The thing we built
The prompt, workflow, checklist, or draft we made on air, in a form you can reuse.
-
A named next step
One concrete action to take before the next session, and what would tell you it worked.
-
The replay
Members can rewatch the complete session, so nothing is lost if you have to step away.

Questions People Ask Before Joining
When are the sessions?
Monday through Thursday at 8:00am Pacific, for one hour. The regular time is the point: it becomes a habit, not one more thing to schedule.
What if I can't make it live?
Active members can watch the complete replay of any session. Live is better, because you can ask questions while we work, but nothing is lost.
Do I need to be technical?
No. The problems come from work and life, not from code, and we explain what we are doing in plain language as we go.
Which AI tools do you use?
Whatever fits the problem. We say which tool we are using and why, and we show the prompts, the checks, and the corrections. You can follow along with the tools you already have.
How do you choose which problems to work on?
Members submit problems before the session and vote on the ones they most want covered. Joe and Martin pick what can be worked through usefully in the hour, and say why.
Is my problem kept private?
Sessions are for members. Some segments may later be edited for YouTube, but nothing is published without the presenter's consent.
Is this for teams?
Yes. Small Business Teams and Organization Sprints add a shared goal, a kickoff, and progress updates for the person leading the team. The memberships above spell out what each includes.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. Access and replays continue through the paid billing period, and you will see the exact end date when you cancel.
